Fully GMC-registered doctor and graduate from the Medical University of Plovdiv with an interest in pursuing fellow role in ultrasound, emergency medicine, and medical education. During clinical training, I completed rotations in cardiology, respiratory medicine, neurology, surgery, and urology. During this time, I gained experience taking patient histories, performing clinical examinations, ECGs, and observing ultrasound examinations and surgical procedures.

I am organised, hardworking, and keen to continue developing my clinical and ultrasound skills while supporting medical teaching and education programmes.

During time in medical school:

Participated in supervised clinical rotations across cardiology, respiratory medicine, rheumatology, dermatology, surgery, and urology departments at St. George’s Hospital, Plovdiv.

• Gained exposure to point of care and diagnostic ultrasound through observation of clinicians performing ultrasound assessments in cardiology and urology settings.
• Gained understanding of different imaging and diagnostic procedures during clinical training, including ultrasound, echocardiography, cystoscopy, endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT, and MRI investigations. Also observed doctors performing colonoscopy procedures during surgical placements.
• Observed cardiac ultrasound assessments involving conditions such as tricuspid regurgitation, mitral stenosis, and ventricular hypertrophy during cardiology placements.
• Conducted patient history taking and clinical assessment , including cardiovascular and respiratory assessments during supervised learning during time in ward
• Performed ECGs during time in cardiology ward and developed understanding of common cardiovascular presentations.
• Practiced physical examination techniques including palpation, auscultation, and respiratory examination methods such as vocal fremitus assessment.
• Participated in supervised venepuncture skills training and developed familiarity with practical bedside procedures.
• Observed neurological, colorectal, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures, including biopsy-related interventions.
• Developed strong understanding of clinical anatomy, organ systems, diagnostic imaging, and multidisciplinary patient assessment through medical and surgical training.
• Reviewed patient records and clinical documentation as part of supervised clinical case assessment and learning activities.
