Im job was to clean all 6 kitchens sanitising all work areas and sweeping kitchen floors emptying bins and sanitising them and replacing bin bags and dispose of food waste and wet and dry mopping the kitchen floors and filling up blue rolls and soap dispensers in all kitchens when functions were on i had to put plates and cuterly and gastos though the dish washer my weekly jobs was to clean pizza oven clean gargrill and clean out fryers in kitchens and to drain the dish washer machine ready the next day
