Hotel maintenance

Performed maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of the building, hotels rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems.

Self Employed Floor Layer

Working on a self employed basis, my main duties were to canvas new customers,

estimating and pricing work to lay vinyl, laminates, carpets and andamtico wood to residential and commercial properties in and around the Birmingham area. Other duties included:

• Meeting with building contractors, quoting and obtaining contracts
• Ordering supplies, used own vehicle to collect items in order to carry out work

• Carried out various floor laying techniques in accordance to customer order
