I am a highly motivated, hardworking, committed, ambitious individual who is also adaptable and flexible to changes and I am dedicated to start my career within a business environment. I am extremely keen to work in a retail sector as I believe this will expose me to the fundamental aspects of this industry. I am resilient and compellingly persuasive and do not need much encouragement when helping customers resolve their problems or find things that they want.
Having a professional appearance and a respectful, business-like manner I am a team player who understands the importance of appearance and behaviour in creating a positive impression in any face to face role. My role at Electrolux was to work in the admin department, at the company. In my role as part of the admin team would be to book appointments for customers to get visits from the engineer, so that they can fix their appliances like washing machines, gas cooker etc. As part of my role, I had to liaise and speak to engineers about the customers repairs also organise the customer, to get a replacement appliance if necessary.
This will be organised with the digression of my senior manager. I also had to take messages from the engineers and relay the information back to the customers, so that their appliances can be repaired.

My role at Molton Brown was to work on the shop floor and as a stock taker. My main role was to ensure that all items that were not on the shop floor are replenished whenever necessary. I also had to deal with customers who wanted advice on particular products that they wanted to buy.
UEL Enrolment and Telephone Support
22nd August 2022- 14th October 2022
My role was to take calls from prospective students that want to attend the university on the procedures that they need to take in order to be able to enrol at the university. I also ensured that I directed the student to the correct team, if they needed to speak to a particular member of a certain team in regards to their enrolment.
I also worked as part of the admin team while at UEL, which meant that I handled student’s personal details and this also meant that I learned the meaning of GDPR which means that I was not allowed to discuss a student’s record with another person, without the student’s consent. Also while doing admin, I got the opportunity to send letters of documentation for student’s for their VISA applications, or proof of study which will enable the student to work while studying.
In the gaps of actual employment, I did and still do a lot of charity work as a volunteer, so because they are not paid roles, I have decided not to add it on my CV in my employment history.
The gaps in my employment history after 2020 was used to do a lot of charity work and finish off my university degree which does not count as a job so there I have not added it to my employment history .
1st May 2019- 22nd December 2020
My role at SITEL , would be working in the admin team. As part of my job working, in the admin team, my job was to call customers who has or are showing symptoms of COVID and if they do have COVID or are showing symptoms of COVID, I would had to inform the customer, that they have to self- isolate for a period of 10-15 days.
1st May 2019-Present (SIA Door Supervisor) This is mainly on weekends)
I work in various different night clubs and bars etc.
I am currently in the last year of studying Biomedical Science and I look forward to my career after this
