I am a hard-working, insightful individual with years of experience within an office environment, who has been able to complete work on time in a high-pressured workplace. My employers entrusted me with demanding clients due to my ability to work effectively and create a strong professional relationship.

• Ingest Operator - Since the summer of 2020, I have begun a role for a video platforming website. Responsibilities included uploading and quality checking all videos and accompanying assets onto Muvi, checking captions, and liaising with producers regarding any queries/missing deliverables. Downloading files from producers and uploading desired assets to companies working with TM. Ensuring all assets are named correctly and stored on our hard drive properly. Backing up metadata masters’ sheets. Data entry and ad hoc admin work. Finding suitable ad cue points in all pieces of content. Building strong working relationship with producers and workers outside of our company. Responsibilities also include creating posters and editing videos into trailers for our website, generating and sending analytics to producers. Analysing audience data and compiling a bi-monthly schedule to ensure maximum viewings. Converting content into channels for Samsung, LG and FreeView for live broadcasting. Also includes finding and acquiring suitable content for website and channels.
• Sales Admin - Role included inputting data from 5-25 flights per day(retail products sold by the airlines crew) using excel, inputting money received(multi-currency)and/or credit card money received, identifying errors and reconciling them –highlighting errors with the Back-Office manager for resolution, consolidating data for crew commission payment preparation.
• Bureau Analyst - Worked as a Bureau Analyst for an Energy Consultancy named Mitie Energy. Work included taking responsibility for several clients regarding their invoices for energy bills. This meant analysing bills and system reports and communicating data to senior staff. Also, analysing meter read data and exception data and resolving data anomalies.
