Responsibilities included uploading and quality checking all videos and accompanying assets onto Muvi, checking captions, and liaising with producers regarding any queries/missing deliverables. Downloading files from producers and uploading desired assets to companies working with TM. Ensuring all assets are named correctly and stored on our hard drive properly.
Backing up metadata masters’ sheets. Data entry and ad hoc admin work. Finding suitable ad cue points in all pieces of content. Building strong working relationship with producers and workers outside of our company.
Responsibilities also include creating posters and editing videos into trailers for our website, generating and sending analytics to producers. Analysing audience data and compiling a bi-monthly schedule to ensure maximum viewings. Converting content into channels for Samsung, LG and FreeView for live broadcasting.
Also includes finding and acquiring suitable content for website and channels.
Also, analysing meter read data and exception data and resolving data anomalies.
