Marketing associate, Ashfield UK Ltd- August 2020 - freelance
During my time at Ashfield UK ltd I had worked my way up from the production line to eventually start and be made responsible for their face mask division, as part of my role it would be my responsibility to generate business and liaise with corporate clients, produce promotional content and maintain close communication with suppliers and the factory floor to meet lead times.
Market researcher, IFF research-August 2019- current The main responsibilities that this job entails was working with a variety of different software, speaking with respondents in a convincing and polite manner to persuade individuals to take part in the research, this was a very target orientated role however I would often exceed targets set in the allocated shift period.
Head of desserts, Tubo/Brew and Buns- August 2021- February 2022
As part of my role, I would oversee all aspects related to the dessert menu, this includes the initial development of the dessert menu, developing training manuals and training of current and new staff, speaking with suppliers and ordering stock when necessary, managing dessert staff during normal service as well as catered events and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentability of the kitchen and shop floor. As part of my role, I would also work closely with the marketing team to generate promotional content.
