As Project Management Assistant, I helped lead, guide and influence teams through the effective communication and utilisation of P3M principles appropriate to the agreed vision and strategy.
Planning and managing the access for six delivery teams and their work banks within the Works Delivery Wessex team. Actively communicating with stakeholders across the route to drive key deliverables for my teams and make sure critical works valued at hundreds of thousands of pounds are completed. I implemented my own efficiencies and techniques to create cost savings in relation to equipment and resource as well as streamline the completion of yearly cyclical engineering works.
