I am a certified project manager, certified scrum master with a strong technical background. I have a solid experience as a People Manager. I possess masters in computer science. I have a total of 14 years in IT industry.

I am experienced in both waterfall and Agile methodologies and successfully lead global, diversified projects. I have managed, delivered large complex client facing Projects involving UK, Europe, Asia based teams, contributed by multiple departments, multiple vendors and partners. I have worked as Program Manager and formulated Program roadmap including scope, scheduling, budget management.

I have been able to create weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and shared the same with stakeholders based on their level of engagement. I have performed detailed RAID analysis and shared mitigation and RAID report with stakeholders.I have been part of and have led multiple Agile transformation projects. I have delivered various types of websites and mobile applications.

I have worked with data analysts, scientists and delivered Gen AI, AI applications. I have delivered highly modern and technical website with Metaverse, and NFT creation logic. I have delivered Blockchain projects for custom and new cryptocurrency.
