- Screen in contractors or work colleagues that need to go into the data centre
- Screen in by using hand-held metal detectors

- Fill in paperwork such as SARs, sign-in/sign-out forms
- If your assigned to break officer role for the day, then your job to give out breaks to the screening officers
- Supervisor to perform weekly QAQC to the screening officers

- When screening contractors or Microsoft staff that carry laptops, to check for seal stickers green or red which gives approval of the laptop
