Skill
For my approach, I offer one to one and group session with verbal talking and dance movement psychotherapy, by creative confidential and safe envirement for my client. It is a relational process that uses not only words, but also non-verbal creative body movements. During therapy, the client and therapist use language, imagination, body movement and dance as tools for communication. I also combine different creative methods in therapy, such as creative art with nature, playful instruments, drama, etc. I focus on person centred and psychodynamics. This is a great way to help children and young people express mental health, emotional and relationship difficulties, distress or conflict to assist with change or adaptation. It can also be used to assist with trauma, attachment issues, communication or information processing, physical distress, body image difficulties or movement restrictions
