Hi, I am a MBA student enrolled in hertfordshire University. I have completed my Bachelors in business administration with specialisation in retail operations. I am looking to expand my knowledge and use my previous experience to help organizations succeed.
Worked in a apparel store as apprenticeship training was part of our course module In the beginning I was responsible for providing excellent customer service I was assigned duties on floor.
Over the period I also worked as back of house member and learned important skills such as SAP ERP software, Microsoft Excel, cleansing and reporting data, providing reports to management and also lead team of 10 members
