I am a Canadian National, currently living in the United Kingdom with plans to move to Richmond Hill Ontario in the near future.

With my Bachelors and Masters degree, alongside five years of experience, I feel that I am a qualified candidate and very excited about the prospect of developing my career.

Since starting my career, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, which has exposed me to a variety of different sectors. I have worked with numerous different projects which have entailed me to use Lump sum and unit price contracts. I am familiar with the Canadian standard methods of measurement and can see how my UK experience is transferable to apply to in Canada.

Outside of my day-to-day work duties, I like to assist with achieving company objectives such as diversity goals and carbon reduction, this is something I would like to continue to do throughout my career.

• Working as the commercial lead for all indirect costs on the M42 J6 Improvements Scheme (255m). Managing 15+ subcontractors of significant value from tendering stage to final account.
• Procurement and tender analysis (Including Value Engineering) of high value subcontract packages (1m+).
• Management of high value subcontract packages, drafting contracts and managing until final account stage.
• Change management of high value variations from Commercial and Contractual point of view using CEMAR
