I have had privilege to take up construction of various forms, including building (residential, commercial, mixed-use developments), civil infrastructures (construction of rails, bridge, road, drainage, culverts etc.) electrification projects, football pitch, warehouse, and tank farm constructions and all these projects have contributed to the much needed and useful experience I have today. In addition to the work experience, I have been able to achieve for myself, quite several professional certifications such as full-time registered member of the two main regulatory bodies for QS profession in Nigeria (The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors & Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria) plus other certifications as detailed out in my Curriculum Vitae.

My key areas of expertise include (not limited to) Quantity take-offs, Preliminary & detail Cost Estimations, preparation of Bill of Quantity, Project Cost Monitoring and Control and Sub-Contractor and Supplier Management , Site Physical Measurement for Payment and Valuation Purposes, Preparation of Project Profitability Matrix (Cashflow), Interim Valuations & Certifications, Preparation of Claims/Variation, Expert Judgement and Dispute Resolution, Tender Pricing & Negotiations, Value Engineering Management, Work Scheduling etc.

My varying roles and responsibilities have positioned and trained me in the most efficient communication strategy with different stakeholders (client, colleagues, consultants, trade vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, management board etc.)

By virtue of my experience, I have worked independently and in groups with different professionals with different ideology and orientation different from mine, but efficient and right communication language has helped me navigate any seemingly difficult situation and brought the best of every situation with different team members.
