My academic and work achievements will allow me to apply myself to a wide scope of tasks and make a positive contribution within the workforce. • Administration of medication across entire unit Dementia/Residential and Nursing Care.
• Care planning – assessing and preparing care plans to ensure excellent healthcare is provided to clients in order to meet their care and health needs and taking into consideration that clients have choices and preferences and finding out about their Life History and what they enjoyed doing and what are their likes and dislikes, Care planning should be self centred on an Individuals needs.
