I have developed strong theoretical and practical skills through my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I recently graduated with a distinction in MSc Nanotechnology and Regenerative Medicine from University College London. I now want to apply my skills in life science and R&D sector.

• Cell: human primary cell cultures, human amniotic fluid stem cells, ADSCs, 2D cell culture, 3D cell culture, co-culture systems
• Cell-based assay: Total DNA assay, PrestoBlue assay, MTT assay, cell toxicity assay
• Molecular: DNA, RNA and protein extraction, cDNA synthesis, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, Western Blot, ELISA, flow cytometry
