Launched my career at 17 through a Lifetime care apprenticeship. I possess specialised expertise in dementia care, palliative care, patient safeguarding, and infection prevention, making me well equipped to deliver high quality, person centered support in a residential care home environment. I started off on an apprenticeship and worked my way up to being a team leader. This allowed me to gain more responsibility, knowledge on different medications, and leadership skills.
