I started My career in retail 22yrs ago for a well established retailer, as a part time colleague while in further education. I progressed into retail management and completed 13yrs with this retailer. I have been with my current employer since. I have a passion for food. I love the pace of retail and being able to trade hard and engaging my team to be the best they can be. My passion outside of my career is traveling. I love to try different cuisines and taking in local culture.

I started my career as a part time job while studying for my a-levels in travel and tourism. I progressed into retail management where I worked in several locations within the company. My last location was opening a new store within the business. This involved everything from recruitment to training to trading.

I have been foods manager in my current role for the past 9yrs, where I have 25 direct report. I love being able to see my team be successful and strive to be the best they can be.

I completed school in 2000.

Completed a 1yr a-level in travel and tourism.
