Friendly, great people skills as I currently work for a BPO company as a manager, I find it easy to multi-task and getting tasks completed whilst not getting flustered and ensuring I have a smile on my face. I am looking to broaden my life skills as I work from home and face to face interaction is lacking. I am looking for part time, evenings and weekends.
I currently work at Sigma Connected as a service delivery manager and have worked here for the past 8 years. Previous to Sigma I have worked at Coop energy for 5 years and Barclays for 7 years.
I received a national certificate in IT from college. I have also completed online courses in nutrition and health and health and safety in my leisure time. I also completed a customer service course through work.
