I have a lot of customer service experiences from my previous jobs, which have allowed me to exceed in my verbal communication skills which I believe I will be able to transfer into online communication. I have experience in sales from my job at ‘the sun shop’ where it was my duty to upsell products in order to hit targets within the company. I have outstanding written communication skills which I have developed over my past 2 years at university where it was my responsibility to write 2000/3000 word assignments to effectively communicate my arguments in order to receive a top grade whilst working to a deadline.
Overall, I believe I would be a good fit for this job as I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, I am a hard worker with true concern for other people and I have high expectations of myself
