Currently working at JD sports in Manchester airport as a retail supervisor. Communication is key in this job role as you have customers to assist throughout the day also guiding colleagues on their tasks throughout the day. In my previous role as a sales advisor at a company called Money results, i had to make outbound and receive inbound calls for financial advice on their mortgages. during this i had to take personal documentation while keeping it all confidential.
I worked as a team and also used my own initiative in this job role to ensure the customer got the best service. In my previous job to this as a apprentice nursery nurse, my job role here was to provide a wide variety of activities for the children that was suitable to their individual stages of development also ensure that child records, such as learning diaries/next steps and individual folders were kept up to date. Prior to my previous jobs i worked as a retail assistant, this requires money handling also communication skills are needed as you are dealing with customers.
The skills i have obtained in my previous roles have assisted me well and i feel they would continue to do so, if i were considered for this role as i am always looking to progress.
