I am a motivated, dedicated individual, I work very well independently and within a team. I would describe myself as having excellent communication, and work well with individuals with complex needs aswell as their families. I have had all my necessary training to work in adult social care and I am up to date with all safeguarding, I have experience in documenting necessary information, raising any concerns and financial handling aswell as administering medication.

I have 5 years experience working with challenging behavior, physical and mental disability and offer great compassion and have a very kind, supportive nature.

I currently work in a day centre supporting individuals 3 days a week through an agency. I have great listening skills and am always willing to learn more, I would consider myself a quick, sufficient learner. I am passionate about achieving the best outcomes for people and providing high quality care, as well as influencing the lives of others positively.

5 years working with challenging behavior in the adult care sector, such as physical, mental disability and mental health. I mainly work in the communit on a 1:1 basis in people's homes. I also work in a daycentre 3 times a week.

I have experience documenting adequate thorough information that Is necessary to each individual alongside updating support plans. I have administered medication, handled money and raised any concerns through the correct processes. I have great experience with communicating with service users, their families and my colleagues and superiors.

I have experience in dealing and handling challenging situations yo achieve positive outcome.

I have had all the necessary up to dat training in my current role as a community support worker.
