Starting with my hobbies ,I love baking and cooking hence why 9 years ago I put my skills together and started baking for friends and family from my own little kitchen but this is not a everyday thing its once in a while. My admin skills are to a very high standard, i have worked in the NHS which we know is a very busy and environmental this has taught me to work fast and efficiently, especially because NHS has alot of backlog , I have learnt to become organised and very responsible. Working as part of a large team has been a plus point for me and I have gained confidence, patience communication skills .
My experience in the big world does not end there , I worked a UK's largest and busiest airport Heathrow for almost 2 years as customer servic assistan for a huge airline through this role I learnt that managing time is really important .I worked towards deadlines and flight departure timings everyday this made me stronger in being organised and managing my time according to the operational needs of the company . Other than all this I love reading , watching movies and sometimes knitting . I am also a member of the Mcmillan cancer research society and the SMA charity so each year I organise charity events and try and make as much funds I can to donate and help both charities ,both of these are very close to my heart so I am blessed to have baking skills which I put to the test each year so I can do coffee mornings etc for charities .
I am fully trained on 2 systems that are used mostly in the NHS these are Rio and System One. My last role was Operational Support and systems administrator manager in a physio department where I managed a team of 11 admin staff , my daily routine was co-ordinating the team,holding staff meetings and one to one's with staff managing the physiotherapist's diaries. Arranging and organising well being days for my staff. Interviewing new staff , holding teams meetings and lots more.
