I hold Bsc. in Business Administration (option-Logistics and Supply Chain Management) from Pentecost University College, Accra, Ghana and HND in Marketing from Cape Coast Polytechnic (Cape Coast Technical University). Responsible for in-bound and out-bound logistics and Warehouse activities

• Analyze the consumption trends to assess current and future material availability in stores
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to management and internal customers (i.e. production and sales)
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices in all the warehouses.
• Generate weekly reorder reports on production materials for production planning
• Generate quarterly report on SLOBS to management with suggested solutions to ensure stocks do not expired in the warehouse
• Ensure FIFO is adhered to in production materials management to avoid dead stock in the warehouse.
• Ensure finished goods are delivered to customers on time, in the right quantity and quality with no errors.
• Liaise with sales department to ensure that customers are well served to their satisfaction through on time delivery schedules
• Adherence to safety standards at all levels in warehousing and materials handling/management.
• Monitor KPIs and take actions to ensure that targets are met on time
• Supervise monthly and yearly stock count with account department for Raw materials, finished goods and general store items
• Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are adhere to at all times
• Coordinate with procurement and Energy department in the supply of feedstock to run the Biomass boiler on site

• Supervising offloading of all Production Materials
• Receiving, Issuing and posting Materials in the SAP system to the appropriate locations.
• Prepare Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for all Inter-brewery Transfers in SAP
• Coordinating with suppliers for on time delivery of materials for production to avoid down time due to stocks unavailability
• Monitoring stock age tracker to reduce or eliminate obsolete stocks and also to ensure optimum stocks level at all time
