As a Customer Advisor professional I had a key role in the customer service team. My previous experience, working remotely from Athens, Greece (as a member of a greek family), was on highly dynamic and challenging positions that required constant, high level of attention to detail, that required to work with a variety of customers, both locally and internationally and have responsibility to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone, chat and email. Being a strong communicator, a team player and able to work under pressure makes me to strongly believe that I am the perfect fit for your new challenges.
