Michalis Balkonis

A network is never just cables and equipment. It's people, timelines and dozens of small decisions that need to come together. I'm a Network Planning Engineer at Telekom with more than 10 years of experience in fixed access networks and B2B wireless technologies, including LMDS.

My role sits at the intersection of network design, provisioning, rollout and testing connecting teams, clarifying priorities and ensuring that progress is never held up by missing information. Data is my compass. Using SQL, Power BI, Python and RPA, I identify bottlenecks early and turn complex information into actionable insights.

What I bring to a team: clear priorities, reliable coordination and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
