物業管理／保安經理（學生宿舍管理）
本人大學設施管理及資產維修畢業並持有「物業管理監管局」物業管理人（第一級）牌照及英國皇家測量師學會「特許設施管理測量師」資格。本人在「市區重建局」工作了二十多年，及曾在「新昌」及「啟勝」物業管理公司工作；擁有多年擔任監督保安、清潔、維修、採購及客戶服務等物業管理及相關保安工作經驗。退休後，2025年1月本人加入「城市護衛有限公司」派駐「浸會大學」擔任保安督察一職至今負責管理及督導四座大學宿舍的保安及前臺客戶服務運作。本人處事謹慎、個性合群、處事成熟獨立、有責任感。
