Legal Intern — Capital Markets at Zhong Lun Law Firm (2026-01 – Present)

• Support the capital markets team on PRC A-share IPO and pre-listing compliance matters, applying the ChiNext Listing Rules, CSRC regulations and the PRC Company Law (2024).
• Draft and revise transaction and governance documents, including equity transfer agreements involving H-share and VIE-structured entities, supporting cross-border shareholding arrangements for partner review.
• Conduct compliance reviews on capital contribution, labour dispatch ratios and executive compensation arrangements, identifying rectification items and drafting remediation advice.
• Prepare bilingual due-diligence summaries and case-closing documentation, and track outstanding items across working-group parties to support an efficient path to closing.

Legal Intern — Intellectual Property at Han Kun Law Offices (2025-01 – 2025-12)

• Prepared research on Standard-Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND licensing for major technology clients, analysing patent portfolios and licensing and litigation risk to support partner-level advice.
• Reviewed PRC and comparative case law and regulatory developments on patent infringement and IP enforcement, producing concise bilingual research memoranda.
• Assisted with IP due diligence and prepared client-facing summaries, ensuring technical and legal accuracy under tight deadlines.
