I'm currently working in Singapore General Hospital under transportation department with ISS facility services (sgh contractor) as Operations Supervisor/Coordinator since February '24. As a coordinator, apart from the usual portering duties, I'm also crossed trained in multiple disciplines covering portering duties in Major OT, Angio, Diagnostic Radiology, IPS (CT, Ultrasound, X-ray), DEM@ASC (A&E), Mortuary Service. Daily duties include transfering patients from ward to specialist clinic/OT/recovery room and/or vice versa; collect/return blood products, medications, equipment etc.
