Managing coal export shipments that involves various activities, starting from arranging Letter of Credit (LC), issuing shipping instructions, to coordinating with logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth shipments. This process includes appointing ship agents, crane operators, and surveyors, as well as monitoring loading and unloading activities, calculating laytime, and issuing export documents required to maintain reliable service for customers. In addition, there is coordination with surveyors for pre-shipment analysis.

PT. Kawah Trading International — Logistics Operation

Nickel ore shipping management process using ships, which includes coordination with barge owners regarding scheduling and ETA, monitoring ship movements and cargo readiness, supervising the loading process, collecting documents for the clearance process, reporting ETA to the team at the factory, checking ship contracts, calculating demurrage, submitting invoices to finance, and verifying operational costs from agents. All of these steps are aimed at ensuring that shipping runs smoothly and according to contract.

PT. Ekasa Yad Resources — Supply Chain Engineer

Process of coordination and logistics management in the delivery of mining materials, especially nickel ore, using barges. This includes the preparation of shipping documents before the goods arrive at the port, updating shipping information, calculating demurrage costs based on the approved timesheet, as well as daily reporting on production volumes and ore delivery planning. In addition, there are also updates on ore data sent to the factory according to the contract, submission of invoice payments to the finance department according to CIAF or FOB contracts, as well as the creation of invoices and analysis of the rental costs of ships used by the company.
