My name is Rizky Prihatini. I am 30 years old and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
I have a total of eight years of experience in customer service. I worked for three years as an inbound call center agent, where I handled customer inquiries, complaints, and provided solutions over the phone. After that, I spent two years as a social media customer service agent, responding to customer questions and concerns through platforms such as chat and social media.
Most recently, I worked for three years as an outbound call center agent, contacting customers for follow-ups, promotions, and customer satisfaction purposes.
Through these experiences, I developed strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customers professionally and empathetically. I am also comfortable working with targets, adapting to different systems, and maintaining a high level of service quality.
