PC and Warehouse Supervisor - PT TOKAI RUBBER INDONESIA (TRID)

• Analyze production schedules and customer order to generate material requirement using ERP System
• Communicate material forecast and order to supplier in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of material data and manage inventory to designated target (e.g., lead time, current stock, safety stock, inventory turnover, Days on Hand)
• Revise or adjust material demand when there is any order change from the customers in order to prepare, fulfill material as revised production plan
• Monitor stock level of materials to meet company target and avoid shortage
• Responsible for rolling in material for engineering change of parts based on customers/internal requirements with minimum exposure
