Psychology undergraduate with a strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development. Currently gaining practical experience as an HR Intern, particularly in training administration, HR data management, and intern coordination. I also have leadership experience through student organizations, where I have led teams and managed various programs. I am eager to develop my HR skills and apply my knowledge of psychology in a professional work environment.

• Prepared and organized training data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinated and monitored interns throughout their internship period, including administrative and operational needs.

• Organized and maintained HR documentation and records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
