• Responsible for providing all director needs including diary management, administration, travel arrangements and meeting preparation, working on specific projects and company development.
• Responsible for company confidentiality issues.
• Become a director's representative for internal, and the company's representative for external.
• Build and maintain communication and relationships with clients.
• Coordinate and negotiate with clients related to company needs.
• Participate in the selection, coordination, planning, and implementation of all the programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program strategy is aligned with company values and goals.
• Curating problems that occur to be further followed up by the Director based on priority.
