I was working as a Guest Relation Officer, responsible for welcoming and assisting guests in a professional, handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Providing accurate information about facilities and services. Building and maintaining positive relationships to ensure guest satisfaction. Assisting with reservations and check-in processes. Collecting guest feedback for service improvement and actively encouraging guests to return to the venue.

In addition to my duties as a Guest Relation Officer, i'm also helping server by taking guest orders and clearing plates when needed, while learning about food allergies and gaining in depth knowledge of the menu to better assist guests.
