My name is Dita Octarizki (Dita), I have experience working at shipping company as Crewing Administration for 10 years later (since 2014)

I hold Bachelor of Degree on Economic (extension) , Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta (graduated on September 2017) and hold Diploma III on Tax of Accounting, Trisakti University Jakarta (graduated on October 2013)

I have a good working attitude with a good communication, fast learner, able work on deadline, and also can work on team/individual.

• Check completeness, originality and validity of all document or ship’s crew to ensure the documents are valid.

• Maintaining and updating crew document in crew database.
• Ensuring up to date crew’s document validity, including following up expired document renewal to the respective crew.
• Liasing with Company Doctor in maintaining crew medical records.
• Preparing crew academic and medical monthly report.
• Maintaining list of blacklisted crews and update the list on seafarer system.
• Maintaining crew data in Crewing Departement server.
• Preparing and managing document for crew’s insurance claims process.
• Working together with Crewing Manager in preparing MMR.
• Managing data for monthly crew retention.
• Working together with Crewing Manager in preparing data KPI for charterer’s project.
