• Walking to multiple holiday properties all over York.
• Making sure everything in the property is appropriate for the guests stay. (Heating, electrics, hot water etc.).
• Ensure smoke and CO alarm(s) are properly functional.
• Leave a welcome bag and soap out for the guests.
• Inspect the state of the property and report back to the office.
• Inspect 15-20 properties a day.
