Production Manager at PT. WAHANA INTERFOOD NUSANTARA, Tbk (2025-06 – Present)

• Lead and supervise all production operations for compound, couverture, filling, and powder chocolate processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and production targets.
• Responsible for achieving key production KPIs, including achievement rate, yield, waste reduction, process efficiency, and machine utilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (QA, PPIC, Maintenance, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth material flow and stable production output.
• Oversee the implementation of 5S, GMP, and overall production hygiene in accordance with internal, external, and FSSC 22000 v6 certification standards.
• Develop the technical competency and work behavior of production team members through regular training on work instructions, safety practices, skill enhancement, and quality-based production systems.
• Actively contribute to the preparation of the annual production budget and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance cost efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and optimize actual production capacity by monitoring downtime, yield loss, and cycle time, and take corrective actions for process deviations.
• Collaborate with the technical and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and prevent potential bottlenecks in production lines.

• Initiate cost-saving and waste-reduction programs without compromising product quality or workplace safety.

Production Manager at PT. TISSIN FOODS INDONESIA (2022-02 – 2025-05)

• Responsible for organizing and overseeing the entire production area total 2 shift.
• Control the entire production area to run according to the standard and achieve the planned targets.
• Coordinate with all related divisions like maintenance to coordination about the machine.
• Analyze problems that occur in the production area and solve them.
• Create production reports, report all production activities to the factory manager, conduct monthly meetings to discuss production issues and activities.
• Implement production KPIs to achieve the target.
• Control and prepare material requests for daily production using ERP System (K3 WISE). Control and be responsible for the production warehouse, conduct monthly stock opname.
• Work with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), SJH, ISO 22000: 2018 standard, 5R, and GMP System.
• Provide training to all production members, related to the implementation of work instructions, skill enhancement, and the application of systems in the production area.

Production Senior Supervisor at PT. EMINA CHEESE INDONESIA (2019-01 – 2022-01)

• Responsible in the warehouse and blending area for the first 6 months. Manage all warehouse activities and be responsible for raw material, packaging material, and finished goods stock, and do stock opname.
• Responsibility in Melting, Filling, Packing and B2B area (all production line/Supervisor Shift).
