I have completed a Bachelor of International Relations in Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta I have developed an ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured reports, policy briefs, and papers and work effectively in teams, often in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments, even further I adapt to different cultural contexts and understanding cultural nuances and being open to new ideas, perspectives, and approaches. In addition, I joined an international organization as a Manager of the Outgoing Exchange Department at AIESEC Indonesia.
In professional fields, I attained a lot of invaluable experiences which could contribute to this position. During my college days as a Freelance Videographer for a joint venture business with friends as a small Production House, I developed skills in utilizing social media to raise awareness and campaign for a client. Specifically, our team did it from scratch started as an idea to being translated into a final product. Not to mention, working as a team, time management, and creativity have enriched me professionally and personally.
Also, running a small business in manufacturing and exporting charcoal as an owner, I am responsible for setting the company's strategy. This involves managing various aspects such as finances, operations, human resources, and compliance, particularly sales and marketing. Providing leadership to the team, fostering a positive work culture. I was responsible for establishing short-term and long-term goals for the business, identifying risks, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns, understanding client's specific needs, also clearly conveying the benefits and value of the products and services. In this effort, I honed my ability to make good decisions, plan and organize my time, work well on a team, and develop sound interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
