I am a fresh-graduate student majoring in Food Technology. As a student who graduated in Food Technology, I have been exposed to GMP and HACCP knowledge and numerous hands-on laboratory experiences, such as texture measurement, color, moisture, pH, alcohol, Brix measurement, and several others, such as hemocytometer, spray-drying, and plate counting. Aside from lab experiences, I am well-versed in statistical analysis using the SPSS software.
Recently, work as a researcher to examine the effect of various sugar substitutes on the physical characteristics of cereal bars. In addition, previously worked as a Research and Development intern at PT. Hijaukan Bumi Lestari, studying the efficiency of freeze-drying machinery.
