Graduated from University of Indonesia. Career switcher with a proven ability to adapt and apply previous experience in edu-tech and warehouse/supply chain supervisor to achieve results in SAP Functional (Material Management Module) as my recent job. I have been part of major project in ERP division that works on integration between E-Procurement system Coupa and SAP S/4HANA.

One of my achievements last year was resolving the highest number of ticket in first half of the year and maintaining the shortest service level resolution time in the SAP Non-FICO team. High level understanding about the procurement and logistics business process.

SAP Functional (Material Management Module) at KPN CORP (2024-06 – Present)

• Created Functional Specification Document (FSD) for the KPN SAP-Coupa integration project
• Designed the procure to pay (P2P) integration between SAP and Coupa using BAPI program
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment
• Created the user flow for the enhancement and data validation
• Led the SAP and weighbridge automation project for "Delivered Free To" incoterm (Franco) for fresh fruit bunches commodity
• Created the data passing t-code between SAP and weighbridge system

• Solved average 5 ticket issues per-day with 1,14 day average service level
• Created a new report program for stock daily movement that tracked all material movement in plant
• Created a new report program that automated the transport cost budgeting process for trader division
