Tech Lead at Integrity Asia (2026-11 – Present)

Leading the rebuild of the company's ERP platform. Two engineers report to me.

• Lead the rebuild of the ERP platform from scratch after the first architecture did not fit how the business operates — redesigning it around the real operational flow, with room for new business lines without rebuilding core flows.
• Plan the migration of legacy data from the screening platform and applicant portal into the new data model, while keeping the legacy platform stable for daily operations.
• Built a structured onboarding for my engineers covering the business flow, Spring fundamentals (IoC, DI) and algorithmic complexity; set the team standard that every fix is backed by a measurement and a traceable commit.

Software Engineer at Integrity Asia (2025-08 – 2026-10)

Senior-scoped role in a flat title structure; mentored two junior engineers through task breakdown, code review and design guidance.

• Led the refactor of the legacy screening platform and applicant portal after recurring HTTP 500s and slow pages. Profiled with Application Insights and SQL history (one edit flow issued 877 SQL statements), cut queries at the source and proved identical output. Shipped a month early: production went from 2 VMs to 1 (~15% average CPU) and the database tier was halved.
• Built ERP modules in Spring Boot on Azure for the first version of the platform, replacing legacy applications.
• Built a configurable connector platform for client ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, Manatal): moving a candidate to the background-check stage in the client's own system auto-creates the screening request, with no client engineering to onboard. Runtime UI-configured field mapping, idempotency, concurrency handling, rate limiting, and stage-based cancellation rules that write an explanatory note back into the client's ATS.
• Built an AI-assisted delivery pipeline on Azure DevOps — a planner model scopes the bug ticket, cheaper models implement and raise the MR, then the planner reviews the diff against its plan. Routine fixes run autonomously; complex work is gated on manual approval.

Senior Backend Developer at Berijalan Technocenter (2023-01 – 2025-08)

Microservice platforms on Alibaba Cloud. Promoted to Senior after 12 months.

• Architected and shipped 5 microservice-based platforms (3–9 services each) — real-time messaging, CRM, telephony, vehicle insurance, sales performance — using Resilience4j circuit breakers and bulkheads to contain cascading failures.
• Re-architected the sales performance dashboard — replaced on-demand recomputation against a slow legacy system with a CDC → Kafka pipeline writing pre-aggregated results, cutting page load from ~3 minutes to under 1 second and eliminating peak-hour database CPU spikes. Chose CDC over API polling under hard constraints (no DB access by policy, unmodifiable app, no push mechanism), reusing existing Kafka at near-zero cost.
• Tuned consumer batching to a 500-message cap (~10 s worst-case lag under burst load) and surfaced a last-sync timestamp, making the eventual-consistency trade-off explicit to users.
• Selected as the only engineer to pass Bank Saqu's technical assessment and staff their virtual account build (below), delivering Berijalan projects in parallel.

• Designed and delivered virtual account features on Google Cloud for a digital bank, and hardened core banking services under banking-grade security and audit requirements.
