As a recent graduate from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya with a strong interest in the operations field, I am committed to launching a successful career in this dynamic industry. During my time as the Chief Operating Officer of KITA TOAST for the final business project at my campus, I gained valuable experience in maintaining food quality, devising efficient production and sales workflows, managing procurement processes, creating production and sales schedules, and ensuring optimal stock levels in the warehouse. Furthermore, in my role as an Assistant Manager at MIE BASO NIEKI, I honed my skills in auditing sales transactions, overseeing the company's food delivery application, and managing technology implementation.
