A QC Officer at Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals is responsible for performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards. The role involves operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and other laboratory equipment to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. A QC Officer also prepares and maintains accurate laboratory documentation, including analytical worksheets, certificates of analysis, and instrument logbooks in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

In addition, the role includes participating in laboratory audits, supporting investigations for out-of-specification (OOS) results, and contributing to stability studies. The QC Officer is also responsible for implementing and monitoring laboratory safety practices as the person in charge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the laboratory, ensuring that all laboratory activities comply with GMP/CPOB requirements, safety regulations, and internal standard operating procedures to maintain the quality, safety, and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.

• A teaching assistant in the Instrumental Analysis course is responsible for assisting the lecturer in laboratory activities. The assistant prepares laboratory equipment and materials, explains experimental procedures to students, and guides them in operating analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers and chromatographic instruments. In addition, the assistant helps students analyze experimental data, ensures laboratory safety, and assists the lecturer in evaluating laboratory reports.
• A teaching assistant in the Pharmaceutical Analysis course supports the lecturer in conducting laboratory sessions and academic activities. The assistant prepares reagents, standard solutions, and analytical equipment needed for experiments. During the laboratory session, the assistant guides students in performing analytical methods such as titration, spectrophotometry, and chromatography. The assistant also helps students interpret analytical results, checks laboratory reports, and assists in compiling students' practical grades.

The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing documentation related to medical device distribution activities, assisting in regulatory policy implementation, and ensuring that medical devices circulating in the market meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.

A Pharmacist in Charge (APJ) of pharmaceutical distribution at Dico Citas is responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical distribution activities comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP/CDOB) and applicable regulatory requirements. The role includes supervising the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products to maintain product quality, safety, and traceability throughout the supply chain. The APJ is responsible for verifying documentation, monitoring proper storage conditions such as temperature and humidity, and ensuring that all distribution records are maintained in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

In addition, the APJ oversees the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), manages product complaints, returns, recalls, and investigations of deviations, and ensures that all pharmaceutical products distributed meet regulatory standards set by authorities such as the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority. The position also involves providing training to staff, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with quality systems to maintain the integrity and safety of pharmaceutical products during distribution.

As a means of pharmaceutical work, including procurement, pharmacy financial management, storage, compounding, and distribution of drugs according to doctor's prescriptions or patient needs, as well as providing drug information services (PIO), education on rational drug use, and basic health services such as blood sugar checks, in order to ensure the safety, quality, and effectiveness of drug use to improve public health.

Internship Apothecary - Research and Development at Pharma Laboratory (2025-05 – 2025-06)

An R&D is responsible for leading and overseeing research and development activities related to the formulation and development of pharmaceutical products, including new product development and the improvement of existing formulations to enhance quality, stability, and efficacy. The role involves supervising preformulation and formulation studies, coordinating laboratory experiments, and ensuring that product development processes comply with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The R&D Supervisor also manages pilot-scale production and scale-up processes, monitors stability studies to determine product shelf life, and prepares technical documentation to support product registration with regulatory authorities such as the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority.

Additionally, the position includes leading the R&D team, reviewing experimental data, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
