• Conducted detailed field inspections of power plant equipment to monitor equipment conditions and identify potential issues affecting plant reliability.
• Worked closely with technicians during routine maintenance activities and prepared tools to improve maintenance efficiency and minimize work delays
• Collaborated with the maintenance team during overhaul activities in planned shutdown maintenance to support equipment performance and reliability.
• Prepared accurate daily operational reports and equipment monitoring records to track plant conditions and support operational analysis.

Internship – HSE Division at PT PLN Persero – ULP Banjarbaru (2021-02 – 2021-04)

• Conducted daily HSE inspections and monitoring of work areas to identify potential safety risks and support a safer working environment.
• Assisted in implementing workplace safety procedures and maintaining accurate HSE documentation to support safety compliance and effective monitoring.
