Having experience in human capital field especially at Human Resource Business Partner - Production, Indonesian Aerospace (IAe), Indonesia since 2018.

The main key task are:

1. Create workload analysis Production Directorate for year 
2. Analysis Skill Matrix for production directorate personnel every 3 - 6 month
3. Identification Training Need Analysis based on organization unit requirement
4. Analysis Man Power Planning based on WLA has been created
5. Helper team for Organizational Development Department to Analysis Hard Competency 

1. Internship at Pupuk Kaltim (Chemical Company) - 2018, for 2 months. Main Job: Analysis Tube Lifetime of Boiler Factory using Forecasting method.
2. Human Capital Practitioner - 2018 until now as human resources business partner of production directorate
