Supply Chain Planning (SCP/SCM) professional with experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, import purchasing, and S&OP coordination in a multinational manufacturing company. • Create monthly forecast for safety stock / PO (Purchase Order) import based on sales data, stock data, turnover, incoming order and sales plan to avoid stock out or overstock in warehouse
• Create PO (Purchase Order) Import and coordinate with suppliers & development team regarding item specifications, FOB, MOQ, Stuffing date, and Lead Time.
• Coordinate with EXIM (Export Import) regarding Import regulations, SNI compliance, PI Issuance
• Monitor and analyze Aging Report UHI (Unhealthy Inventory) monthly and coordinate action plans with sales team to reduce slow-moving and unhealthy stock.
• Prepare and analyze SCM (Supply Chain Management) monthly report including SKU status, SKU IN&OUT, stock amount, stock quantity, COGS, DOI (Days of Inventory)/DOH (Days on Hand), discontinue, purchasing performance, reason increase/decrease stock per each category item and reason of discontinue category item compared to the last month.
• Prepare and analyze new product performance reports for 6- and 12-month launched items including Total Inbound and Outbound, Average Monthly Outbound, Shipment rate, Current Inventory, MOS (Monthly of Supply), Stock Status, Inventory level Category, Exhaustion Action Plan, Reduction target.
• Update & analyze Long-tail SKU performance regarding Sales,Stock, COGS, GP%, DOH (Days on Hand), Supplier Information & Logistic Cost Warehouse
• Control HI/UHI (Healthy Inventory/Unhealthy Inventory)
• Update New Item Code Mapping list for Mold Code, Specifications, Set, Color, Pack Qty, Package, Label
• Prepare and maintain all reports regarding PO, forecast, FOB Increase/Decrease, Supplier information
• Maintain and update all category item related item specifications
• Prepare and monitor global inventory projections to support supply planning and stock availability
• Participate in global meeting with Headquarter SCP (Supply Chain Planning) Part
• Coordinate with Sourcing & Development team regarding new item
• Analyze sales and inventory performance to recommend discontinuation for slow-moving SKUs and coordinate action plan with sales teams
• Manage supplier, customer and item code registrations
• Input item cost data and coordinate with Export Import (EXIM) team regarding import duty (BM/Bea Masuk), shipment percentage, and landed cost calculation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review and planning analysis.
• Develop and update customized sales, stock, PO, reports as requested by management
