I'm an enthusiastic, hard-working, career motivated young professional with a passion to learn new skills. From my experience working in the hospitality industry, I've developed key traits such as leadership, communication, organisational and people skills. I've a passion for high standards, having been trained to a very high silver service level which I pass on to my team.

I've worked with various booking systems including the company's email, OpenTable, Pigsback, and using a paper system. I've gained rewarding experience in my roles and I hope to be a strong, motivating manager in a company where I can continue to grow, along with the business.

Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager at Roly's Bistro (2010 – Present)

As an assistant manager with one of the most popular restaurants and bars in Dublin, punctuality and the ability to multi-task while delegating roles is vital. Working with the restaurant since 2010, I've gained close relationships with regular customers which ensures they return. On a daily basis, I work in the restaurant, bar, cafe and on the tills when needed.
