My 3+ years as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services involved rigorous enterprise systems support and operations. My primary responsibilities included continuously monitoring system performance, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , and generating detailed incident logs and performance summaries for internal audits and process improvement. I regularly handled change management , which required assessing impact, documenting risks, and executing rollouts in collaboration with global teams.

I have successfully completed my MSc in Business Analytics at University College Cork (UCC). The program culminated in the "Impulse IQ" research project, where I worked with a team to move from reactive financial tracking to a proactive behavioral analytics platform. This involved synthesizing and merging complex datasets and applying advanced analysis to classify risk.

The final stage was delivering the results via interactive dashboards, which required me to supply analytical results in a suitable reporting format for user decision-making, proving my ability to translate data into actionable insights
