Working as an agile Business Analyst on high-profile, customer facing projects delivering store transformations against challenging timelines. Supporting digital CRM projects such as GDPR rollouts and also the development of business wide change such as a new Photo Studio, website re-platforming and various functionality changes
Overall responsibility for ensuring the successful day to day running of all operations related to the Reward loyalty programme, including benefit management, developing and supporting the delivery of new functionalities. Senior stakeholder in a business wide change to move from legacy framework to new SaaS solutions.
1 st Class BA (Hons) – Business Studies with Pathway in Information Systems Management
