Over 15 years recruitment experience working both in-house and agency. In my current role I am leading the EMEA TA function across 29 countries, supporting multiple business units from Software Development centers to IT infrastructure, Sales and Call Centers.

Part of my role is to build the EMEA TA function from scratch to support the business in all recruitment activities. Previously there was no consistent approach to recruitment. The main focus of my role is to work with the business to improve recruitment practices and candidate engagement. Working with the leadership teams to ensure there is a strategic approach to recruitment.

• Continuously leveraging Talent Data to improve recruitment process 
• Introducing online testing for Technical roles, improving the recruitment process 
• Hosted local tech meet ups to enhance brand awareness and promote company
• Experience with Recruitment programmes including, Workday, Taleo, Oracle, Textio, Codility
• Oversaw the hiring of 1100 hires in 2021, on target to reach the same figure for 2022 y
